The final installment to this three part series has finally come! All your questions will be answered in this game!
Graphics (10 stars): Amazing cutscenes and great battle animation. The .hack team really worked hard!
Sound (9): The songs in the areas match almost perfectly with each other! You'll never hear an upbeat song in a dungeon or a sad, depressing song in a field. The sound effects are also well done!
Storyline (10): If you've never played the first two games, this game probably won't do much for you. However, if you've been following the story, this game will take you for a ride!
Controls (8): The controls are the same as with the first two installments (but there are a couple new moves, though). Even a newbie gamer would be able to pick this game up and play (even in the middle of a battle).
Difficulty (8): If you are just starting with this game, things will probably be difficult (since you have ALOT of make-up work to do. However, if you've played the other games and still have the save files, then things will run pretty smoothly. A warning to the veteran .hack players: do not underestimate any opponents or they'll take advantage of it. The A.I. seems to be a little smarter now...
Play Time (9): If you have the other installments, your play time will be pretty high as a total. However, without the others, prepare to sit down for a long time. Alone, the game has plenty to do, so you can rack up alot of play time in this game. Unfortunately, I haven't finished the game (not even halfway...), so I can't give a definite say on how long it should be...
My score: 9.5 out of 10
