Just as good as the Xbox version, the best multiplayer shooter on the Gamecube hands down
User Rating: 9.1 | 007: NightFire GC
This was one of my favorite FPS on the GC. I liked it becuase it was fun and not too complicated. I think the GC is the right way to go becuase it is rare to find a FPS this good on the GC becuase of the wierd controls. Game Informer even gave this version a higher score than the other two versions. The story line for this game is about the same as it is in every single bond game. This games story does seem to pay tribute to the movie Moonraker becuase of the whole missles in space to destroy the Earth. The graphics are great for a game that is on all the consoles. The characters in the cutscenes look like their suppose to. The mission varitey is huge. There are escort missions, shoot em up missions, and like in the newer Bond games, there is one stealth mission. Chances are that you will run through this game the first time, but then you'll want to go back and unlock all the bond moves and multiplayer items. Speaking of multiplayer, it is just as good as its always been. I mean the Halo multiplayer is revilutionary for the nexgen consoles, but playing a Goldeneye style multiplayer is still lots of fun. This game is the best FPS on the GC. Its better than the Metroid Prime gmaes becuase its not too challengeing and almost anyone could take it up. The sound isnt all that phenominal, but it wasnt horrible either
