One of the least exciting or satisfying games I've played in ages. Nightfire is so overrated.

I first bought my copy of Nightfire the day it was released because the game looked like a solid, polished version of 007. I have to be perfectly honest, I was totally disappointed only 10 minutes into the game with only one or two good points keeping me play the game.
The graphics are nice and clean with a good level design. The weapons look realistic enough to keep you immersed with many weapons having a second mode, which adds depth.
Sadly for me Nightfire had more problems than praises for me: The levels are, although well designed, just a little boring. The story itself is a total transfer from the 1979 movie 'Moonraker', just modernised slightly. The gameplay was definately the downfall. When playing as 007, I thought I was controlling a 2 ton robot! The controls are so clunky and tough, they don't seem to have the same fluid, ease of movement as other FPS like 'Goldeneye' on the N64.
For me personally, I'd be here all day putting down the downsides of Nightfire, so I'll just say I expected it to be a solid thriller. Instead all I got from the game was a lazy, diluted, all-been-done-before game.
