... and you call that an end!

Well, this is a hard game to review actually as the enjoyment gained whilst playing the game was completely trashed at the end - well it wasn't really an end - it was as if the final level was just missing! In fact, now I think about it, it did seem that the whole game seemed to be missing something. It felt like - and I really hate to say this as I am always saying that DS games should not be judged against their equivalents on other platforms - that they had taken a really good game and then chopped it down to fit into a smaller box and indeed a much smaller box than the DS. What a shame!

As for the game play itself, it had a sound base with a choice of weapons to utilise but much more could have been made of it. The game is played entirely on the touch screen with the stylus which after a couple of hours wasn't comfortable; my left hand began to ache from cradling the DS whilst I played and bearing in mind I have callouses on my thumbs from playing the DS, it's not because I don't play often!
