The World Is Not Enough is definately a title that has some replay value, even in the modern world.
Why: Not the best game to keep from the olden days, but it certainly surpasses Goldeneye. The multiplayer has AI bots which is a plus. Campaign similar to Goldeneye in almost every way. But where this game excels is in the multiplayer experiance.
Graphics: 6
Why: Better than Goldeneye but still pretty bad. Makes good use of the expansion pak though.
Sound: 8
Why: I like the music, and the sound effects are decent. But what pulls this sound score up as opposed to Goldeneye is that it features dialog.
Value: 7
Why: Great replay value, if only for the multiplayer. Cons are that you need to save your game to a removeable save pack or you can't save at all. That's definately a problem.
Reviewer's Tilt: 9
Why: Extremely fun multiplayer. A worth keeping title.
