I take it the Gamespot reviewer isn't a fan of the show.
However, the gameplay does have it's faults. There is no peeking around corners, which would have been very useful, especially considering there are stealth missions involved. The auto-aim feature can be downright frustrating at times. An enemy can pop up from behind cover, and the auto-aim will have you aiming directly at his chest (which is behind the cover) instead of at his upper chest or head. The only other real complaint I have, and it's pretty minor, is that the timing isn't as accurate as it is on the TV show. For example, without giving the story away, you'll find out that there's a threat, and within 1 or 2 minutes, you'll already be in a conference call with people who are specialists, and they've ALREADY been briefed on everything that's going on... But hey, there's a lot going on, so it's hard to fit it all into 24 hours, perfectly timed. Although the game WON'T take you anywhere near 24 hours to actually play. You can expect maybe 8-12 hours of gameplay. But it is 8-12 hours of GOOD game play, especially if you're a fan of the show. I really hope they make another one, a few improvements and this game would be a perfect 10.
