thank god I got it on sale

I love AC/DC, but this one was a little short on content. Since the game only has 18 songs (and for PS2 you can't keep all of your songs in one game), this one doesn't have enough meat the warrant a great deal of playing time. You would think Harmonix would use this opprotunity to port over some of the goodies that they stripped out of the base game to make it run smoothly on PS2 (not that I'm complaining, I understand why they did it, but GHWT left most of the meat in and besides the eternally long load times in runs smoothy and it has 80+ songs.) RB: AC/DC has a whopping 18... there's got to be a metric buttload of space and processing power that could have gone to appeasing some of those people who felt like they got screwed out of some of the fun when Harmonix defeatured the PS2 version of Rock Band. Either way, back to reviewing the gameplay; solid graphics, notes ring well with the songs, and the song list is solid.
Final conclusion: wouldn't recommend it if you're just looking to increase the volume of music to play in general, but if you're a fan of AC/DC to any level deeper than you barely know who they are, I would at least recommend a rental (or if you find it on sale like I did for twenty bucks then buy it).
