This game is to the Ace Combat series what Solitaire is to Poker. Piloting is limited. You might as play as the copilot for what little freedom to maneuver you have. I bought my copy used from Game Stop, and I feel like I paid too much.

Good graphics are not enough to save this game. Seriously, give it to you kid brother and go back to Liberation, or better yet, dig out the PS2 and play AC: Unsung War.

Normally I can't be bothered to even read reviews, let alone write one. I am actually angry about how disappointing this game is, after how much I had been looking forward to it. The "New Direction" the creators took with Ace Combat: Assault Horizon is about the only real nose dive in the game.

If this is the kind of game Bandai plans to produce in the future, They can do without my money. They need to go back and look at what made the other Ace Combat games a success.
