When I saw this sequel originally, i was disappointed, thinking it would be a rip-off and a terrible sequel to a promising first installment. Though i still think the developers could have come up w/ a better name than "Neotanks", the game rocks. This version could be considered an expansion, because not much changed from the first and second (which is perhaps the best thing the programmers could have done), but it has new COs and a deeper, more fun, WWII feel. This game is simply amazing and it solved all of the small shortcomings of the first. If you liked the first one, you'll love this one even more.
