Strategy games have a long history. In that history, they have either been tremendously fun, horrendously bad, or somewhere in between. Advance Wars 2 is one of those tremendously fun ones.Its gameplay is second to none, with turn-based warfare. For a GBA strategy game, the graphics are surprisingly good, with lush, vibrant colors and great effects. They are still a little buggy, though. The sound adds so much more immersion to the game because they actually make you feel as if you are there, calling the shots. Because this game is so much fun and endearing, its value goes way up. So, this is a good game with only minor shortcomings. If you have the first Advance Wars, buy this game. Even if you don't have the first one, buy this game.
