One of the best GBA games to date.

When I first got my GBA I was thrilled to know they had a strategy game coming out for it. When I bought it I put it right in my GBA when I got home and I could not stop playing it. Advance Wars takes you to war world where there is little no piece. In the campaign you play as the Orange Star Army, going to battle with the Blue Moon, Green Earth, Yellow comet , and eventually the Black Hole armies. What makes this game so unique is when you pick a commanding officer (CO) that CO has combat abilities such as, Eagle who is good with Air units but bad with Naval Units, and a power such as Andy's Hyper repair which restores 2 HP to all of his units. Another factor that makes tis game brilliant is the combat. There are terrain modifiers and the combat is realistic, such as a squad of healthy infantry is not going to overtake a squad of healthy tanks. The economic system on the game is great, you get 1000 dollars per property you control on your turn. With tons of unlockable COs, maps, and great gameplay Advance Wars is one of the best GBA games to date.
