When I first bought this game, I did so expecting a portable strategy fix. The thing is, I didn't get into right away. This is my first turn based strategy game and being more used to RTS's on my PC, I found the pacing boring. Well, I decided to give the game another try recently, and once I opened up to the play experience, I really began to love it. In fact, I would rank this game up with Starcraft, Warcraft III, and Pikmin 2 and my favorite 4 strategy games of all time. If you are new to the genre, please do yourself a favor and give this game a try. There is a fairly long learning curve involved, but once you understand the pieces in play and the straegy to use them, you'll find that this in a remarkably deep, varied, and enjoyable game. with near infinite replay value.
