Apart from standard graphics and woeful commentary, AFL Live is a great game all-round. Must have for AFL fans.

It is the best AFL game to date in my opinion, but that's not saying much. It does take getting used to, but when you do, you get a realistic experience of the way AFL is played. Graphics could be a bit better and commentary is woeful, but goal kicking is a real blast and gameplay is great all round too.

Multiplayer is amazing. Best connection I've ever had for a game, maybe it's because everyone is in Australia but i'm not complaining.

It's also great to know that you have a fresh roster, including the new Gold Coast Suns team.

It also includes "Footy Factory" where you can create your own team and player. If the team is within your given salary cap, you can take it online and play against other players' real or created teams. Player creator is reasonably simple and you should be on your way with it in no time.

One complaint I do have, however, is the lack of a soundtrack that goes beyond 2 tracks as far as I know, but I'm hopeful that more tracks are implemented onto it with future updates.

Hard to decide between AFL Live and Top Spin 4 as my favourite game, however Top Spin 4 has taken the back seat for now, as I am thoroughly enjoying giving the Cats and myself some online and offline victories.

Must have game for AFL fans (most of Australia).
