A great single player RTS.
When I finally got this game I was so excited and happy, and I nearly couldn't wait to play it. I had played AoE1 when I was younger a lot, and I had also played this a bit too at my friends' house. And from this point to some years ago, I spent more time with this game than any other game I've played ever. I remember playing the custom scenarios all the time in the weekends all the time. I have though come over this game now and it's a long time since last I played it. Compared to AoE1, this is even more entertaining though AoE1 was that too. So to me this is just a much better version of AoE1 and a great RTS. It has, however never got the same status as Starcraft for instance as a multiplayer game, and actually this is mostly a single player game. And because of the real history that this game consists of I really learned quite a few things from that part too. So, this game really is a winner!
