Age of Zombies

Age Of Zombies is a twin-stick shooter where you gun down hordes of zombies. It is quite awkward to play on the Kindle. The designated “stick” areas are too small, and it's too easy to throw your projectile weapons which is an on-screen button above the right stick. I often launched a grenade as the level started. The game-play just involves running and gunning in a small area, collecting the guns as they drop in. By default, you have a basic machine gun with unlimited ammo, but the additional weapons you pick up are limited use. Each world has a different theme but the gameplay remains unchanged. There's no ideas other than run and gun which means the game becomes instantly boring. There's a small amount of text dialogue which is generic macho action-hero style, with the game's story involving the hero travelling to different eras to take on the hordes.
