This game is just insane it blows WoW away in every way, from combat to graphics to customer service, hell the entire game is better i even got less lag on opening day than i did at all in wow and this is by far the best MMO release that I've ever witnessed. This game is not very friendly to people that have no clue what there doing like wow. You can actually die while leveling! The combat is much more intense and don't even get me started on the PvP. People get wrong feelings when they see this game and know that its been out in korea for a while so they're just like oh well it's just a typical Asian grindfest when that is not true at all. I am level 20 and havn't had to grind any of it and that was it CB when they had less quest than they do now. The graphics are very nice, they did a good job on using the crytek engine which makes the water and everything around it look so much better. The customer service for it is great. I have asked multiple questions and have gotten a response within 24 hours for every single one. So if you have 50$ to spare and looking for a new MMO this is the one to get.
