...buy planes to use on missions, or for a small fee, you can hire another pilot to use one of your planes to do multiple things, like go alone or cover your tail etc. etc. The in game play is great with a heightness bar, if you've been locked on to, if a missle has been fired at you, if you locked on to someone, how many bullets you have left, how many missiles you have left and how much fuel you have left. Altogether, a great game considering it's 11 years old, but wouldn't be an instant classic if it were to be released tomorrow.

  Air Combat is a decent jet fighting game for the PS1, and is better than most airborne fighter jet games.
