You wouldn't think it poosible, but Remedy did it: An awesome T- rated survival horror game.

User Rating: 9 | Alan Wake X360
Alan Wake is a fantastic game. It's about a writer: Alan Wake. He and his wife go to a nice quiet vacation at the sunny, smiley town of Bright Falls. But not everything is as it seems. Something evil lurks there, and Wake is attacked by monsters known as Taken: Humans possessed by the dark presence. They capture his wife, Alice, and Wake will stop at nothing to get her back.
Combat:Highly Addictive. Shine your flashlight on a Taken until he bursts, then shoot him. Can get hard, with multiple enemies, but still a blast.
Weapons: The revolver is the most basic, with 6 rounds. Then you have the shotgun with 2 rounds, the more powerful pump-action shotgun with 8 rounds, then the most powerful gun, the hunting rifle, with five rounds. You also can get a flare gun. Which considering the enemies hate lfie acts more like a rocket launcher. Throwables consist of a flare, which basically gives you breathing room, and the flashbang grenade which can vaporize Taken on the spot. Your flashlight goes from the flashlight, heavy duty flashlight, lantern, heavy duty lantern. Each one has a higher battery life. Note that this is NOT an RPG style upgrade system. Heck, there isn't one.
A.I.: Taken are pretty smart they'll sneak behind you all the time, attack you with a variety of weapons. You have regular Taken, who come at you with knives and axes. You have bigger taken, with shovels, sledgehammers and giant axes. The most powerful are the ones with the Chainsaw. Taken Ravens will attack you in flocks, as well as Poltregeist objects which is something like a barrel, floating in the air, and throwing itself at you. Friendly A.I. are smart for the most part, the only thing bad is that they don't wait to shine light before they shoot them.
Overall: You should get this game, it's worth it.
