Well how do I start, I went to see the movie on Friday, and I enjoyed it despite all the criticism it's been getting. I mean come on, it's a fun movie aimed at younger audiences, so what were the critics expecting? The next coming of movies?
After seeing the adorable new incarnations of the chipmunks on the big screen, I decided to get the game as it was cheap and I didn't have enough for guitar hero 3 :-(
Now, this game is nowhere near guitar hero standards, as i'm sure it's not meant to be. As I said before, its FUN, as opposed to a second job, which is what gaming these days seemed to have turned into, with games being taken way too seriously.
Anyways, i'm sure kids will love this game, hell, I did (i'm 18). It's fun hearing the cute little chipmunks singing all your favourite songs! My personal favourite was blitzkreig bop, it made me burst out with laugher as the song started. Now I will admit this game is far from special, but it will keep you occupied for a while and younger audiences will love it i'm sure.
