Not asgood as pc but it is a different game and is good nonetheless

First off this game is not for people that like games such as doom and quake this game is SLOW PACED. Ok now single player. Americas army uses an RPG like character building thing. You complete missions and depending on how good you do in the missions you get points to use for your skills. Skills are things like marksmanship, observation, stealth and others. The only bad thing with this is ventually you cant get anymore points to use. Only redistrubution. After your done with getting all of the skills the way you want them you may not want to play this anymore. As for the gameplay it's very realistic. You move slower than in other games and there is no chrosshair. You can only use the ironsights on the gun to aim. That could ruin the game for arcade shooter fans. When you are playing and are searching for enemies down the ironsight you will see reddots over the enemies heads. You will see them easier if you have a high observation skill. This is a little unrealistic but you'll forget about it. Another thing is that the a.i in tis game on both sides, for the most part, are smart. That is where the healing comes in. If you get shot you can use a medic kit to help you. Depending on how high your lifesaving skill is is how fast you will heal yourself. There is a total of 30 levels in single player usually about 10 to 15 minutes long. 5 per each class. Which is the meaning of the title Rise of a Soldier. You go through the career of the army from rifleman to grendier to saw gunner, sniper, special forces weapons sargent and then team sergent for special forces.
As for multiplayer this game is avarage. You still have the rpg like character skills thing which is cool online because you know if your playing someone with your skill or someone better than you. You have to get a certain amount of experience points to get different clasees like sniper and saw gunner. You move up in rank starting at pv2. When you get to 100000 points you can become special forces in which you can customize your m4a1 with things such as scopes and things like that. There is some connection problems and sometimes it gets really annoying. The online community is realitivly big. You wont have troube finding a game.
So if your just getting this game for the multiplayer im gonna have to say just download AA for the computer because it has better graphics, more maps, less connection problems, and more people play it. If your getting it for singleplayer than i highly recommend it because of its rpg like building charcter skills and the carrer of a soldier. Overall it's and good game plauged by little flaws but enough to make it avarage.
