Amped is the first in the series which now includes Amped 2 and Amped 3. This game does have its minor weaknesses, as all games do, but, being the first in its series, I think it is quite good. The career mode is pretty good and the multiplayer action is fun and addicting. This game is great to bring along on a ski/ snowboard trip because it gets you pumped up. Some of the physics in the game are not quite realistic, but thats ok, because it is not very noticable and the game is still fun. This is one of the best snowboard games out there, competing with SSX which lets you do more extreme tricks but is not realistic. The player models and levels are great and the mountains are expansive. Because Amped 2 and 3 are out I would recommend you get one of those, but this is still a great classic.
