Gamecube owners have been subject to many bad games, and except for Metroid Prime and Resident Evil 4 all of the games on the Gamecube are rated average. What really makes a great game? I'll tell you what, a game you can play and entirely forget about sound, graphics, and any technical specs at all. A great game makes you forget about other games on the shelves and a great game just becomes a part of your life. Animal Crossing makes players not care about graphics or sound at all, and players of any age can really play without becoming embarrassed.
Really Animal Crossing is a life simulator for adults and a fairytale imaginary world game for kids. What you want to do in the game depends on you, and causing caos or happiness is up to the player. Animal Crossing really has nothing wrong at all, and its the truth, do not believe previous reviewers because they are feeding you false info...this game really does not have anything wrong at all, just some specs that could be improved. The reason I did not give this game a 10/10 is because eventually you will play the game for an amount of time where you start seeing events reappear, and by that point, you know you have played this game to it's longest period.
If you own a Gamecube, you really owe yourself to go pick this one up, otherwise you are just missing out on the few "better" games this console has to offer.
