Animal Crossing is an awesome way to waste away any free time you have, and is fun to check up on!

Most people have heard about Animal Crossing, some have played it, or the DS and Wii version( I also have the DS). When I first saw it, I thought it was like a baby game, and was wondering why they didn't put the Early Childhood rating on it. But when I played it, I was kinda like "this isn't so bad." Later, I found I was really enjoying the game.

Animal Crossing takes place in a town you get to name. You meet up witha cat on the train who is very persistent about sitting beside you. Whatever you say to him influences what you look like. Anyway, he sets you up with a house but you have to pay a guy named Tom Nook (an annoying raccoon) until it is payed off. The payments get higher as you get farther in the game, as long as you keep adding on to your house.

When you go through the game, more and more animals move into your neighbourhood. Some are cool, while others are so damn annoying you want to kill them. There is a museum you can donate things to, and also a city hall, where you can mail things to and make payments to Tom Nook.

Another interesting thing is you can get NES games. You can set them up in the house and play the full versions whenever you want( I currently have all except around 4). The three hardest ones to get are Super Mario Bros., Legend of Zelda, and Ice Climbers.
