Tom Nook I think ive found the game I was looking for.
Graphics
This is the only thing the game lacks. The enviroment and backround have a somwhat decent cartoony look. The lights coming out of the little houses at night time are well done. But the characters dont look too too great. Even thought they were only trying to portray animals you can still see somwhat of a blocky appearence. This probably has to do with that the game is 5 years old. It doesnt take away from the game one bit and some of the graphics actually look good, mainly the snowy enviroments during the winter months.
Sound
This is pretty well done. There are many good sound effects portraying the emotions of the animal you either have made happy by delivering an item or pissed off by hitting with a bug net. The light backround music sets the mood really. When your walking through the snowcovered trees in the late night hours it really sets the mood with its light almost unoticable noises that sound pretty nice.
Gameplay
This is what the game excels in. There are alot of things for you to do to improve your living conditions. Every major holiday is celebrated in this game letting you have a little out of the ordinary fun once in awhile. Besides that its basically you earning money to pay off a monsterous debt to Tom Nook, the owner of an in town shop. This doesnt get tedious or boring since there are many many ways to earn yourself the bells which is the currency used in the game. There are over 200 items of furniture to place in your house and many different types of wallpaper and carpet leaving alot of possibilities out there. There are alot of themed items that can appeal to alot of different ages of gamer.
Overall a very very good immersive game. Its dirt cheap and is very good. I Highly recommend this title to anyone looking for somthing to kill alot of time.
