Great game in small doses, reminiscient of old-school Diablo dungeon runners. And has co-op on XBL!

Arkadian Warriors shines as an Xbox Live Arcade game. It's simple, fun, great in small doses, and offers online co-op gameplay. You start the by choosing one of three available classes: warrior, sorceress, ranger. The only customization available for each of the three classes is the gear you equip them with. The game consists of dungeons specific to the quest you are on at the time. One quest = one dungeon. The gameplay is simple hack and slash exploration a la Diablo. As I stated earlier, the game is fun, especially with a friend over XBL. However, it's simplified gameplay, controls, and customization lend it to a game that's best enjoyed for small periods of time (for instance, if you have an appointment and don't have time for a full game of, say, CoD4). Ever-changing vendor inventories also tend to tease you with items that have amazing stats but are out of reach financially (despite 100% clearing all dungeons up to that point). And when you finally do have the gold to buy the item, it's mysteriously gone, only to be replaced by a higher priced, higher stat item that will never be attainable. As far as an Xbox Live Arcade original, Arkadian Warriors is worth checking out.
