This is, with no doubt, the most realistic Armored Core ever made... But is a little too realistic...
The graphical detail of this game is immense! The quality of the environments and the machines in it are well beyond the previous titles in the series.
The gameplay, on the other hand, has changed dramatically for the good and the bad and the annoying. The new dual analogue stick controls make it much easier to pilot an AC, but you can now easily over heat when boosting which never used to happen. Plus the got rid of the first-person viewpoint mode which would have been a brilliant feature to keep.
The sound is amazing with high quality noises coming from everything you would expect noise to come from, which is not always the case with some games. It would be very difficult to improve the sound quality that is already being used.
It has a huge amount of replay value because you can do mission select or arena select after beating the game.
