Armored Core Nine Breaker is just what fans of Armored Core Master of Arena in the PS1 has been waiting for. (I'm one of them! ^_^). Although unlike Master of Arena, Nine Breaker is totally devoid of the familiar mission-based gameplay that AC fans have been accustomed to. Instead, it features two types of gameplay - Arena and Training mode. As the former would be quite self explanatory (1 on 1 macthes with other AC's, duh!) the latter is a sort of mini-game style mode wherein the game tests your abilities in areas such as attack (an example here would with be an accuracy test where you have to destroy a set amount of targets in a given amount of time and be ranked accordingly). Unlike the previous AC games, Nine Breaker doesn't feature a shop and instead gives the players access to almost all the parts featured in Nexus (of course not including parts that have to be unlocked in Nexus and those in Nine Breaker itself. To those who bought this game and don't have AC Nexus. I recommend you buy that first.
