The Art of Fighting series fun and innovative in it's day, but not too much anymore.

This bare bones collection features only the three games emulated directly from original NeoGeo versions, and not much in the way of extras. You can switch between original and arrange sound modes and some of the titles let you change the colors, but that's it. The game play hasn't aged too well, but fans of the series will still love it. The Art of Fighting Anthology is really only for fighting game collectors or fans of the series looking to add to their collection.

Game play is as you'd expect for some older fighting titles. When AoF came out it was the first game to employ super moves and taunting. It just doesn't feel like it did when you played it then.

Graphics are also how you'd expect them to be, but the colors are great so you get a very classic arcade feel here.

This game is by no means a must have for fighting enthusiasts, but if you want to diversify your collection this is a nice little addition for cheap. However, I'd highly recommend the NeoGeo Battle Coliseum or KOF XI over this.
