Fun and addicting, but hard to play.

The 5th installment (and the 2nd DSi Ware installment) of the Art Style Series by Nintendo, Art Style: PiCTOBiTS is an old-school matching puzzler where you match blocks in 4s, vertically, or horizontally as you clear blocks and add them to the image on the top DS screen, revealing an 8-Bit Nintendo character after each stage you clear. You can also listen to game music as each stage is cleared, earn coins, and use them to purchase a harder version of each level called Dark Mode. (It doesn't cost actual money. They're Mario coins you get in each level.) The objective of the game is to match blocks until there are none left, then reveal the Nintendo character and tally up your score and earned coins. A fun, old-school puzzler but hard to master, Art Style PiCTOBiTS isn't really worth 500 Nintendo Points, but if you like challenging puzzles and 8-Bit Old-School music and style, then you come to buy the right game.
