2014 LoL Allstars to take place in Paris, France - new format announced

Riot Games announced their All Star event will take place in Paris, France at the Le Zénith arena. The event will take place om May 8th thru May 11th, differing from the original announced dates of May 5th thru May 11th.

Riot also announced a new format for the event. The event will host the All Star Invitational and the All Star Challenge.

The All Star Invitational will feature the regional winners of the NA LCS spring split, EU LCS spring split, LPL,GPL and OGN. These teams will compete for a $50,000 winner take all prize.

The All Star Challenge will feature a series of games between two mixed region rosters. Two pros from each region will play in the challenge, as selected by fans.
