4am denied access to Restricted Area
Master Creating has terminated its publishing agreement for Restricted Area with 4am Entertainment.
Master Creating has today announced that it has terminated its publishing agreement for Restricted Area with 4am Entertainment. The move follows an alleged breach of contract on the UK publisher's part.
"4am didn't pay the advance payment in time," said Jan Beuck, managing director at Germany-based Master Creating. "This is a substantial and unremedied breach. We are currently considering legal action."
Restricted Area is an action-oriented role-playing game in which players will assume the role of one of four characters in the year 2083. No release date for Restricted Area has been announced at this time, and one isn't likely to be announced soon now that the game is without a publisher.
