Acclaim closes Salt Lake City studio

The development studio behind the Legends of Wrestling series is shut down.

Acclaim has announced that it has closed its Salt Lake City studio in an effort to reduce costs by moving all its development projects to its main facility in Austin, Texas. The Salt Lake studio was working on Legends of Wrestling III and an unannounced game, and while work will continue on Legends of Wrestling III at Acclaim's Austin studio, work on the unannounced game has been shelved completely.
