Akira comes to the PS2

GameSpot has learned that AIA USA will release a new game based on the Akira anime film for the Sony PlayStation 2. The game will feature elements from the movie itself, but specific regarding the movie tie-ins and gameplay information is not known at this time. Further details will likely be revealed at the upcoming E3 show in Los Angeles.
