ASC Turns Up the HardCore Heat
Dreamcast on track for ASC's upcoming off-road racer, TNN Motorsports HardCore Heat.
ASC Games has signed up with Sega of America to release CRI's Buggy Heat in the US as a Dreamcast launch title called TNN Motorsports HardCore Heat. This marks one of the first serious acquisitions ASC has procured, rather than developing the game itself from the ground up. Part of an aggressive new strategy to broaden its lineup, we may see ASC adding overseas titles with the same vigor as companies like THQ or Activision.
"Since the 1996 release of the original TNN Motorsports HardCore 4X4, sales have surpassed the 500,000 mark. We're extremely excited to bring one of our best-selling brands to Sega Dreamcast," stated Steve Grossman, President and CEO of ASC Games. "Fans of TNN Motorsports, the original Hardcore 4x4, and racing games in general will be amazed at the superior quality of the graphics and gameplay that Sega Dreamcast offers."
TNN Motorsports HardCore Heat will be on display at next week's Electronic Entertainment Expo.
