Aureal Management Calls It Quits

Aureal Inc. has announced the resignation of all its executive officers and senior staff members. The company, which is considered a leader in digital audio imaging, announced heavy losses last week. Aureal attributed the majority of the losses to a costly lawsuit against Creative Labs. The board of Aureal is currently seeking replacement or interim management and is considering all options, including the sale or dissolution of the company.
