Black Moon Chronicles delayed
Vircom's graphic-novel-style online role-playing game will not arrive in stores tomorrow.
Vircom Interactive has announced that it has delayed the release of Black Moon Chronicles: Winds of War, its online role-playing game. According to the developer, the game will not be available in stores on the planned release date of November 6, and the company will announce a revised release date soon. No explanation was given for the game's delay. As a result of the delay, the game's servers will remain open for beta testers to continue playing.
Black Moon Chronicles: Winds of War is a massively multiplayer game based on the graphic novels of Francois Froideval and Olivier Ledroit. It features captions, panels, and speech balloons, along with hand-drawn art reminiscent of a graphic novel. Players will travel through a medieval fantasy universe torn by a war between four factions, each of which has different strengths, weaknesses, and characters. Players create a character from one of 12 classes, join one of the four factions, and then undertake quests and participate in raids against enemy factions.
