Call of Duty: Ghosts reveals doggie details and single-player info

I'm not sure how this dog became the most compelling story of Call of Duty: Ghost. This is a first-person shooter, right? I guess such advances in the franchise such as vehicular combat, destructible environments, or weapons having characteristics of their real-life counterparts can be shelved for a later time.

at lease you can control Riley, unlike other game where it automatic attack the enemy for you.

So...um, where is the single player info you promised in the title of the article? I see none.

You know Gamespot, you used to be above such tricks to get people to click on your articles. One by one, I've watched once respectable sites fall prey to the addiction of false titles in order to get clicks. Common ones are titles that claim someone in the industry "Slammed" someone else, only to find out they said something as simple as "Yeah, it's OK but not great".

Other times, we get flat out lies, like articles titled "Microsoft announces DRM plans" only to find out in the article these so called "Plans" were just rumors from within Microsoft. You, Gamespot, were the only people left who weren't using these nasty tricks to get people to click. However, over the past year or so, I've been seeing them more and more on the site and it pains me so much to see the last strand of integrity being ripped from the site.

You still have a chance, Gamespot, all hope isn't lost. You'll know if all hope is lost if you found yourself rolling your eyes or snickering when reading this comment.

I prefer the call of duty dog from those funny videos posted. He is epic and I heard he will in Expendables 3. Awesome!!!

The Kinect controls will really sell this game though... sorry PS4 guys... expect this game to outsell all the others due to the Kinect innovation. I mean that is why Steel Battalion sold so well.

Sad to see CoD go the way of the dodo in terms of overall appeal. They need to go back to what they were about in the first place, which was "No one fights alone" meaning multiple perspectives on a historic war.

You know like American, British, and Russian soldiers? Or how about like in CoD3 where you played as French, Canadian, or Polish soldiers along with British and American Soldiers? I don't think that the CoD franchise is like Ghost Recon or MoH, nor should it be! Modern Warfare let's just call it for what it is Modern Warfare is NOT CoD AT ALL, it was like a cross between MoH and BF2 at the time! Black Ops is the same way if you don't count World at War.

Playing as just American soldiers is not very appealing anymore and what made CoD so good when it first came out was it broke the stereotypical mold of US soldiers saving the world all by themselves (looking at MoH Allied Assault)! Now they are just making games like those old 80's movies (looking at the Black Ops Series) where Americans are the only ones that do no wrong. They need to go back from where they came from in terms of storytelling and include other nations and stop trying to make games that are damaging to the brandname (looking at MW2).

CoD: dogs and fish ops. They really ran out of ideas huh?
