Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Multiplayer Beta Skips PC [UPDATE]
The multiplayer beta is headed to PS4 and Xbox One, but not PC.
[UPDATE] The Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare multiplayer beta will not be available on PC. The beta will debut on October 14 for PS4, with a release on Xbox One to follow.

There will be a multiplayer beta for Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and it will begin on October 14. The beta will be available that day on PlayStation 4, before presumably coming to other platforms later.
This was announced today during the Call of Duty XP opening presentation. It sounds like you need to preorder to play the beta.
Pre-order any edition of #InfiniteWarfare and get access to the Infinite Warfare Multiplayer Beta, starting Oct. 14 on PS4.

There was a multiplayer beta for 2015's Call of Duty: Black Ops III. It also started first on PS4 before coming to Xbox One and PC later. It sounds like the same is happening with Infinite Warfare's.
Activision did not say what will be featured in the beta or how long it will last. Keep checking back with GameSpot for more in the future.
Also during the briefing today, Activision announced that all 16 maps from Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare will come to Modern Warfare Remastered...eventually.
