Call Of Duty: Warzone's Minimum, Recommended System Specs
Check the minimum and recommended specs for playing the new free-to-play Call of Duty on PC.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has a new battle royale mode called Warzone, which is now available both as an update to Modern Warfare and as a standalone, free-to-play download. That means you can play Warzone even if you don't own Modern Warfare, though you can expect a different download size if that's the case. But what are the minimum and recommended system requirements to play Call of Duty: Warzone on PC? As you might expect for what is essentially a spin-off, they're not that much different from Modern Warfare itself.
We've collected both the system requirements for Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare below. Whether you're a Modern Warfare player looking to see what to expect with the new Warzone patch, a brand new player looking to purchase Modern Warfare for the base game and the Warzone mode, or someone who's only interested in playing Warzone, you can see what to expect at a glance.

Just prior to Modern Warfare's launch, Activision clarified details about the necessary storage space listed in the PC specs for Modern Warfare, stating, "175GB is the storage space we recommend players keep available in order to download the post-launch content we'll be bringing to Modern Warfare. At launch, the initial download will be smaller."
