Call of Duty: Warzone is bringing back Trios. Developer Infinity Ward announced on Twitter that Trios will return in the battle royale game through a playlist update on Thursday, April 16 at 11 PM PT.

Trios--which features teams of three--was the only way to play Warzone at launch. It was initially removed to make space for the Quads mode, before returning. Infinity Ward removed it again recently to make space for the newly released shotgun/sniper mode.

Players quickly and passionately let Infinity Ward know they wanted Trios back, and they won't have to wait much longer for that to happen. It's unclear if the limited-time mode, Scopes and Scatter Guns Trios, will remain in the game when Trios returns.

In other news, Warzone and the standard Modern Warfare multiplayer mode are offering double XP this weekend to help you level up faster and move through the Season 3 Battle Pass.
