Call Of Duty: Warzone Has Brought Back Trios, Again
The PS4, Xbox One, and PC battle royale game CoD: Warzone has brought back Trios mode.
Update: Call of Duty: Warzone has brought back Trios to battle royale, with Infinity Ward also swapping Plunder Duos in for Plunder Quads in the same update. The playlist update should now be live on Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
Original story follows:
Call of Duty: Warzone is bringing back Trios. Developer Infinity Ward announced on Twitter that Trios will return in the battle royale game through a playlist update on Thursday, April 16 at 11 PM PT.
Trios--which features teams of three--was the only way to play Warzone at launch. It was initially removed to make space for the Quads mode, before returning. Infinity Ward removed it again recently to make space for the newly released shotgun/sniper mode.
Players quickly and passionately let Infinity Ward know they wanted Trios back, and they won't have to wait much longer for that to happen. It's unclear if the limited-time mode, Scopes and Scatter Guns Trios, will remain in the game when Trios returns.
We hear you loud and clear! We'll be doing a playlist update tomorrow night, Thursday, April 16th at 11PM PST that brings BR Trios back to #Warzone.
