Capcom details Dead Rising 3 co-op

Dead rising 1 was a 360 exclusive. Dr2 case zero was a 360 exclusive. Dr2 case west was an exclusive. Dead rising has never been a "timed exclusve". When its advertised as being only on the xbox it stays that way. Microsoft funded the development of this game, and capcom definitely had to sign something agreeing that it was only going to release an xbox version. Even if the game were to tank on xbox (which it didnt, btw) they wouldnt lose a lot of money, because microsoft paid for most of it. However, if they were to develop and release a ps4 version, if it tanked they would lose a ton of money, and theyd get sued by microsoft.

So sure, it runs 720p and 30fps on xbox. However, even if the ps4 could run it better (which it couldnt, btw), it wont matter anyways, because its an xbox one exclusive.

But i think its sweet that an xbox exclusive is getting so much attention from sony fanboys. Why dont you guys focus more on your P.O.S4 exclusives, because whining about our games wont make them come to playstation. Capcoms announced it, and so has microsoft.

No split screen, It's on xbone, Capcom games lately sucks, No multiplatform, GIve us more happy news.

I will wait for them to release the game on PC at a later point. Most Xbox "exclusives" are only time exclusives that come out for other systems later and part of the deal is they can't say it is only timed.

Dead Rising 3 will be on PS4 too, bank on it. Same with Deep Down being on XONE.

Capcom even says that Deep Down is coming to "next generation consoles"

Unless co op is split screen it shall never be of interest to me.

this deal to have this exclusive on Xbone seems kinda poor on capcom's part. she is in a quite difficult economic state. what if the exclusivity doesn't generate enough money as a multiplatform release would? did they thought of that?
