Capcom not planning to bring Street Fighter to Wii U
Producer Yoshinori Ono confirms company has no plans to bring fighting game series to Nintendo's latest console.
Capcom has no plans to bring Ultra Street Fighter IV--or any iteration of the fighting game series--to the Wii U, according to series producer Yoshinori Ono.
We apologize that we don't have plan abou it at this moment. RT @Snowman_2002: Will we see any SF for other fans on the wii u?

The Wii U has struggled at retail thus far, selling 3.61 million units globally since launch, including only 160,000 systems during the April-June quarter. Major publisher Electronic Arts is not developing any new games for the console.
Nintendo president Satoru Iwata said this week that the Wii U's pricing is not holding the system back, but rather a lack of compelling software.
Nintendo plans to remedy that issue by releasing a number of marquee first-party new titles in the coming months. The company shipped Pikmin 3 earlier this month and has a number of major titles on the way this year, including The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker HD (October), Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze (November), and Super Mario 3D World (December).
