Codemasters puts brakes on Colin McRae Rally 2005 demo
Sample course of the PC rally racer demo now set to be released next week.
Codemasters has pushed back the release of the latest PC demo for Colin McRae Rally 2005 to next week. Originally set for release today, the demo features three cars (the Peugeot 206, Toyota Celica GT-FOUR, and Lancia Stratos), three courses (UK, Sweden, and Germany), and adds eight-player multiplayer support. The full PC release, slated for October, features 30 cars and 300 stages, and it will only be available via download through Codemasters online store. Colin McRae 2005 will also roll onto Xboxes worldwide on September 28, but it will only be released for the PlayStation 2 in Europe. To download the most recent demo for the PC, cruise over to GameSpot DLX.
