Comic-Con 2018: PS4's Spider-Man Gets Story Trailer, Bonus Pre-Order Suit Revealed

As San Diego Comic-Con gets its gears going, Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man thought it'd be a great idea to stop by. Marvel's Spider-Man received a new story trailer during the convention. In addition to the trailer, the official Marvel Twitter account revealed the third pre-order bonus: the Velocity Suit designed by artist Adi Granov.

But the goodies didn't stop there. Marvel's Spider-Man--developed by Insomniac Games, the studio responsible for Sunset Overdrive and Ratchet & Clank--will also see a PlayStation 4 Pro bundle, as announced in a separate trailer during SDCC 2018. This limited edition PS4 Pro bundle is expected to launch on September 7, 2018--the same day as the game--and will include a custom-painted red 1 TB PS4 Pro with the Spider-Man logo on it, a red-and-white DualShock 4 controller, a physical copy of Marvel's Spider-Man, and a download code for the City That Never Sleeps DLC.

Last month, we were able to get an exclusive hands-on look at the game. In his impressions, Randolph Ramsay wrote that "the impressive feeling of inertia and the fluid nature of combat [had him] in high hopes that Insomniac's take on Spider-Man may be one the best game experiences we've had with the webslinger."
