Electronic Arts unveils the next game in its popular real-time strategy series in an exclusive GameSpot feature.
In an exclusive GameSpot feature, Electronic Arts has unveiled Command & Conquer: Generals, the next game in its popular real-time strategy series. The game, which is built on an all-new 3D engine, is set in the near future during a war in which the US and China fight against a fictional terrorist force called the Global Liberation Army. The storyline will play out through a series of 10 missions per side.
Command & Conquer: Generals is in development at EA Pacific and is scheduled for release near the end of the year. To see screenshots and learn more about the game, read GameSpot's exclusive The First Hours of Command & Conquer: Generals. We'll post a full preview of the game on Monday.
