Crackdown will return with the "right team and time," Microsoft says
Microsoft Game Studios executive Phil Spencer says franchise is "important" and one he would like to see return.
The Crackdown series is "important" to Microsoft Game Studios executive Phil Spencer and one that he would like to see return someday.

"Crackdown is important to me," Spencer said on Twitter. "Given right team and time it's a franchise I'd like to see return…"
The Crackdown series has been dormant since 2010's Crackdown 2, and the franchise was nowhere to be seen during Microsoft's E3 briefing last week.
