Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course Showcases New Mortimer Freeze Boss Fight

It has been in the works for what seems like an eternity, but Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course is finally nearing release, and it got the spotlight during Summer Game Fest Live on June 9.

During the presentation, Studio MDHR showed a full boss fight against Mortimer Freeze, who transformed between a refrigerator, a snowman, and a giant snowflake. Mortimer Freeze, in their final form, threw buckets, eyeballs, and even a ghost at the player character, Ms. Chalice.

Cuphead: The Delicious Last Course is the long-awaited expansion to the original Cuphead, featuring an all-new Inkwell Isle and Ms. Chalice as a playable character. Naturally, it comes with a slew of new bosses to defeat as well as new abilities to use. You'll be able to play the conclusion to Cuphead and Mugman's journey on June 30.
