Cyberpunk 2077 Sequel, New Witcher Games, And An Original IP In Development At CD Projekt Red

They will be scrutinised like a mfer lol no more good will for them after their big lie on Cyberpunk, if next Witcher is cross-gen, they better find the right balance so ladt gen versions don't look like dog ish. Other devs have managed to do cross gen titles and they still looked good, there's no reason why CDPR can't find that sweet spot especially with a game they know well

I loved to play The Witcher 3 WH, one of the best 8th gen Games in my opinion. Good to hear about sequels because I thought They were going to kill it.

Now Cyberpunk. I was very excited for the Game, and I still am. I preordered it, but given the backlash I didn't play it. But I didn't ask for a refund either. I imagined they would rework the Game to make it perform better. I preordered because the idea of the Game is appealing, I think it's a really good one, and IMHO it can work :-) So they shouldn't abandon it. But now, though the Game seems in a better shape, I won't try it because I'm busy trying to be a Pro Player. (I think people shouldn't ask for refunds regarding CP 2077, think of how much work the Devs have put into the Game ...)

Also nice to know they are working on a new IP.

At this pace, Sony, MS, or Valve, or Epic, will buy CDPR :-)

The developer is dead, they've become another woke casualty. People wonder why the mainstream is dying, but it is all down to diversity hires over talent. Sorry but programmers are mostly men, you cannot hire on gender as women are a 5 percent number and out of that percent 0.05 percent are good. All the big studios now are hiring to have the most diverse company and so the talented people are being pushed out to being indie. So it comes as no surprise that indie is where the best games are today and the mainstream is dead. The games still hanging on like COD haven't had a creative idea in years :/ New studios pop up like Respawn who hire their ex talent and they survive for awhile, but now they're too be to not be diverse.... They will never create another interesting idea again. I would not be surprised if that Vince guy leaves to make another studio.

I've seen the exact thing happen at my last company as well. All the white men slowly get fired and they bring in diversity hires, then you're told to sign diversity papers and to hate racism lol. After that the company goes to crap as the new hires do not like to work. Seriously everyone new that they brought on just wanted to chat and have time off.

I hope they have multiplayer for the new CP2077 Orion game. I only heard "multiplayer" for one of the new Witcher games in this video.

lmao, Realize the full potential? Cyberpunk was a nearly unplayable mess ruined by bugs and glitches. I have no intentions of revisiting that franchise since they've proven they don't have the capabilities of making a functioning game.

I'm glad that they didn't completely abandon Cyberpunk because I thought, despite the flaws, it was a great universe and had an awesome style to everything. Hopefully this time the higher ups will stay in their lane and let them do the game they intended to do in the first place. A lot of commenters on Cyberpunk seem to take aim at the developers and not the people at the top who forced the release.

They lost my interest with CP2077, because? . . you know. So this reflects zero percent my future gaming purchases, I will never buy a game published or developed by them ever again.

All the same, best of luck. Let's hope they learned from recent mistakes.

How about deliver all the things they promised for the original Cyberpunk?

They will miss all the target dates related to these titles only to fix it a week before some monstrously hyped FromSoftware game comes out.

Can they focus on one thing at a time I've been waiting for the witcher 3 next Gen patch for ages.

@Abomination713: "cop cars that actually chase you," Well, in all fairness (if going with the current trend), cops not chasing you is probably the most realistic part of this game. The only way it would be more realistic is if there weren't any cops. Hahahaha

I always thought there was this awkward sexuality in the CDPR games... And with gentalia included in cyperpunk i was convinced it would all feel like a pimple-faced virgin fantasy. kind of like how W3 also had this high sus emphasis on tits, sex and muscles in many cutscenes.

Except for insanely corny dildo props however, Cyberpunk had quite a mature world and story that didn't make me cringe out every other cutscene.
