Dark Age of Camelot reaches New Frontiers

Mythic Entertainment announced today the release of a free expansion for Dark Age of Camelot, entitled New Frontiers. The expansion focuses mostly on expanding the Realm vs. Realm combat by making it more attractive to both low-level characters and high-level characters seeking experience. Also included in the expansion is the ability for low-level characters to team up with more advanced players, thereby gaining a temporary boost in abilities. Part of a recent trend in massively multiplayer RPGs, this addition seems to target more-casual players, allowing them to reach advanced areas without logging hundreds of hours of play.
