DC's Justice League - New Concept Art Revealed for Cyborg, Aquaman, and The Flash
Justice League Part One is due in November 2017.
The much anticipated Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice hits cinemas in March, and as the title suggests, it is the first step on the way to 2017's first Justice League movie. Now concept art for three more members of the superhero team have been revealed, namely Aquaman, Cyborg, and The Flash. Promotional videos were screened as part of The CW's DC movie night--check them out below:
Aquaman, Cyborg, and The Flash will be played by Jason Mamoa, Ray Fisher, and Ezra Miller respectively, all of whom will receive standalone movies in subsequent years.
Justice League Part One is to be directed by Zack Snyder, who helmed Man of Steel and Dawn of Justice, and is overseeing the creative development of the whole DC cinematic universe. In a recent interview with The Daily Beast, he explained that Justice League would explore the background of the monstrous villain Doomsday, who plays a big part in Dawn of Justice.
"He doesn't just crawl out of the ground," Snyder said. "He has his own mythology, right? So that has to be explored. There's a bigger enemy to fight."
The CW's DC special also showcased a brand new Suicide Squad trailer, plus a first look at footage from Wonder Woman.
